| Flagstaff Central offers
lots of Free Services on our city guide to keep the community
involved with our site. We decided it'd be a great idea to
put it all together into one page so that people could find
things easier. Every once in a while we get a phone call
from an organization or business asking what they can do on our
site, and we realized that there was so many things happening on
our guide that even we had to brainstorm to suggest things.
So, here goes... |

Free Stuff |

Get Your Free Listing:
We give a free listing to any Flagstaff
based organization or business.
The majority of our city guide is from
people submitting their information to
us! |

|
Donation Box: We are proud to post a
Donation Box on our site to try to help
local non-profits generate funds.
If you run a Flagstaff based non-profit
and want to be part of this, simply
email us your PayPal email
address. All donations go direct
to the non-profits! |

|
Post Your Events: We offer free
listings on our calendar for Flagstaff
events and activities. Make sure
to send in your information a few weeks
ahead of time so we have time to get
your activity listed. |

Get Your Own Calendar: We
offer our Flagstaff Central branded
calendars to local organizations so that
you can not only use the calendar
through your own website, but also so
you get to enter your events into our
city guide calendar yourself. |

Restaurant Reviews: We
like to hear from the local public about
what restaurants they like or don't
like. All you need to do is fill
out a short form where you get to tell
us what you think about local eats! |

iUpdateIt:
We are partnered with a service called
iUpdateIt that allows even the average
user to make updates and changes to
their own website. There is a free
account level that we'd like to
encourage you to try. |

Photo Gallery Submissions:
We accept photos of Flagstaff and the
Surrounding area for our photo gallery.
We also periodically feature photos on
our News section. Local
photographers are encouraged to send in
your pictures! |

Flagstaff Blogs: If you
have a blog that is about the local
area, we'd love to post it on our site.
This is a great way for local groups and
organizations to get their articles and
announcements out to the public.
Simply
email us the web address of your
blog. [Note: There may be some
advertising within the Blog postings] |

Join our LinkedIn Group: We have
created a "Flagstaff Discussion Group"
on LinkedIn that we'd like to invite
people to join. The service is Free and
anyone who is a member of our group can
post articles, comments, events,
activities, etc. This is a great
way for our community to network and
tell people about all the great things
in our area. |

Articles and Announcements: We
regularly post things on our News page
that are about helpful things for our
community. If you have something
you think would be a positive message to
get out there, just
email it our way for
consideration. |

| Beyond all
this, we'd like to encourage you to contact us if
you have an idea for something you'd like to see or
provide on our city guide. We are always open
to suggestions! |

Inexpensive Paid Stuff |

| We also offer a number of
services on our city guide that aren't free, but are relatively
inexpensive to purchase. Each of these are great ways for
you to get out your message or activity, and help us keep our
city guide going as a community service. |

Editorial
Highlight Boxes: Our most
inexpensive advertising service is our
new iUpdateIt boxes where you get to
update the information on our site
whenever you wish. These can be
used as business "sale" boxes, can be
used for non-profits to make
"announcements", and/or can be used to
post "editorial" spots on our site.
The
cost of these boxes are only $10 each
per month (paid yearly), so they are a
real cheap way to get the word out about
what you are doing!

Community Emailers: We now
offer a service where Flagstaff
non-profit organizations can have us
send out a mass emailer to our targeted
list. We only offer this service
as "community announcements" so that our
list isn't spammed by business offers,
but we do allow a business to "sponsor"
an emailer where their ad is built into
the announcement. This is a great
way to get the word out.
The cost of this is only $250. It
goes out to over 1200 key people/businesses in our
community. We also works with you
to put together a
nice, custom emailer based on your
information.
